Arm hair advice needed?

I have dark hair, and the hair on my arms is dark as well and really noticeable. Luckily, I’ve never had anyone comment on it, so self-conscious as I may be, I’ve never shaved it or waxed or anything. That being said, if you’re really worried about it, I would not recommend shaving. You’ll have to shave almost every day so it won’t be stubbly. At first it’ll grow back slowly, but the more you shave it, the faster it’ll grow back. It’ll be like having to shave not only your legs every day, but your arms as well. Think how long that’ll take.

Waxing is a better option. It hurts, but the hair won’t grow in as fast. You also should probably go to a salon to get this done, but you could try doing it at home. Then you stand the chance of having it come back in patches, so this too would have to be upkept.

The best option, in my opinion, is bleaching it. They do make bleaching kits for body hair, so you could try that. It won’t get rid of the hair, but it’ll be hard to see, so you don’t have to worry about being self-conscious about it. You don’t have to do it as often as shaving or waxing either. If I were you, I’d bleach it first, then if you don’t like it, you can try waxing.

I’ve tried the Sally Hansen hair remover thing, and it doesn’t work that well on me. It removes some of the hair, but not all of it.
